If you are visiting New Orleans for our event, please note that an unusual amount of people come to New Orleans at this time of the year because of New Year’s and because of Sugar Bowl hosted at the Superdome.

So, if you plan on coming from out of town, please make your housing arrangements early!! Hotels will be sold out as they are every year.

Housing Conditions: You are signed up and paid for a full weekend pass or all workshops or all parties. Full weekend passes will be given priority. Housing is on a first come, first serve basis.
